“For me it’s very much about finding a time and place to feel a little at peace. It’s a Zen moment.”

About the Artist

Born in Liverpool, England, Julian Lennon began his artistic trajectory at a young age with an inherent gift for playing musical instruments. Those abilities would soon broaden into the cinematic and visual arts.

As an observer of life in all its forms, Julian developed his personal expression through such media as music, documentary filmmaking, philanthropy and fine art photography.

His arrival in the fine art photography space began in 2010 with his debut exhibit, Timeless, at the Morrison Hotel Gallery in New York City. Since then, he has exhibited works across the US and in several countries worldwide including Belgium, Brazil, England, France, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Italy, Japan, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.

In 2020, he became the inaugural photographer featured in the prestigious Aston Martin Residences in Miami. Most recently, in 2023, a collection of his images was featured alongside notable artist Eva Claessens in “With Love from Nature”, an exhibit in Lisbon, Portugal.

A noted philanthropist, Julian founded The White Feather Foundation nonprofit in 2007 to help preserve Indigenous Cultures. Since then, the organization has expanded to help projects worldwide in Education, Health, Clean Water, and The Environment.

In 2015, in honour of his late mother, he launched The Cynthia Lennon Scholarship for Girls. Since its inception, it has awarded 55 scholarships to underprivileged girls across Africa, the UK, and the US.

Julian was named a Peace Laureate by UNESCO in 2020.

A Note from Jovy

By the sea is where I began.

In a quiet town in the southern Philippines, where life moved gently, but never without depth — where stillness was not emptiness, but space to notice, to imagine, to become. It was a place shaped by simple rhythms: salt air, open horizons, and the quiet discipline of watching my parents build a life through honest work and service to community.

There, the waves taught what no classroom could: that what is meant to endure is never rushed — that all things of value arrive in their own time, shaped slowly by patience, repetition, and care.

And it was there I learned my first truth: what unfolds with patience endures.
