Skiing is a thrilling and freedom evoking sport. Cold air rushes past as skis glide smoothly down the slopes with steady control.

The snow crunches softly underfoot while the white-covered landscapes open wide in every direction.

In this vintage black and white photograph, five male skiers have launched from atop the mountain peak, their formation creating an artistic echo of the mountain range behind them.

The photo was taken in Switzerland in The Alps, one of winter sport’s true homes.

A Note from Jovy

There comes a season when contemplation gives way to commitment. When instinct sharpens into conviction, and the question is no longer whether to leap but whether one is prepared to build a life around what one believes.

Founding my own agency was such a moment: the decision to stop admiring possibility from a distance and instead devote myself fully to creating it.

To build something of your own is to move without guarantees: to advance powered not by certainty, but by belief. By discipline. By the refusal to let fear outpace vision.

Momentum is not speed. It is the force created when purpose and discipline begin to move as one.

And in building what did not yet exist, I learned that becoming demands not caution — but conviction.
